Yes, our products are completely woven, not printed laser cut. Special Design carpets are woven with robottuft technique while ELLY MOOD collection is hand woven in India.

What is the quality of the carpets?

Our carpets are completely natural products. New Zealand wool, viscose and cotton yarns are used.

How to clean the carpet?

Special design carpets should be cleaned with natural products as they are woven from natural materials. The important thing is to make the right intervention quickly when a stain occurs. When there is a stain on the carpet, first make a tampon with towel paper. Then wipe the stain with white soap and white cloth. Finally, you need to vacuum the carpet with a broom. If there is a stain under the carpet, to pull it up. We recommend that you have the carpet cleaned in professional places.

Can I have my carpet cleaned at a carpet cleaner?

If you do not use cleaning products with bleaching properties, you can also have it washed in carpet washers. Be sure to open and ventilate your product coming from carpet washing. You can pack it again after it is completely dry. The carpet should not remain damp. It may mold.

You can have all the maintenance of your carpets with the check-up we offer to ELLY CONCEPT privileged customers. With this feature, depending on the m2 of the carpet, the carpet is picked up wherever you are in Turkey at an affordable price, washed, repaired if there are any rips, etc., and delivered to you in a new carpet appearance by shaving. For this, just fill out our check-up form. Then our friends will contact you.

What are the payment options?

You can pay through the bank channel or you can order in installments to all your cat cards and cash payment at the door.

Is there a product return?

Special design carpets are produced individually and there is no return. Products prepared with customer approval can only be processed when there is an error due to production. In the return and exchange process, no action can be taken for submissions made without filling out the RETURN / EXCHANGE form. We kindly ask you to use this form in all transactions you will encounter within 1 year.
